He thoroughly explained and completed every aspect of the the jobs. I was getting my harddrive replaced later in the day by the manufacturer which John made preparations for while also educating me about best practice after my harddrive was replaced. John was very pleasant in nature and one really couldn't ask more knowledgeable and helpful customer service. They will definitely be getting repeat business from me."
