"Windows 7 is going to be unsupported by Microsoft from Feb 2020 so I thought I'd do a "backup" and literally "stuffed up" and I think I'd lost the lot. My computer wouldn't restart and was calling for a reboot disk which I obviously didn't have. I spotted Geeks2U advert on TV that night and rang them the next morning. Over the phone they laid out all my options and costs including 'same day' service which I chose. This incurred roughly a 33% premium on top of the 'first hour' cost which was well worth it. They told me the technician would arrive between 12 & 1pm. Before noon they phoned to say he's on his way and would arrive at 12.15 pm which he did on the dot. He quickly confirmed and proved to me that the data had all be 'wiped' but he could take the computer away and recover it from the hard drive. Not having much on there that I cared about and the fact that Windows 7 is being phased out I opted for Windows 10 which he installed. The service all round was very professional and efficient and I recommend others to use it. The overall cost was just about equivalent to me walking into a shop and buying Windows 10 so I'm a happy chappie.
