Mark arrived on time, listened to our problem and went to work to clean up the laptop. He suggested a means to speed up the computer and we agreed. He returned on Monday with a virtually new machine. Also there always on time a speak , very maturely and professionally. I would book more often if the prices were a bit cheaper as I am on a pension, so pricing a little bit steep .
