"I was helping an older person with significant physical disability move into new accommodation. The building has embedded broadband through a wholesaler and connecting to our retail ISP proved difficult.
The next day, the technician arrived on time and was "Covid conscious" and offered to wear a face mask. My wi-fi network was quickly established, and Shehan accommodated a network change of name and password to make future use easier for the resident.
He also connected a television, hard-drive DVD player, and a Google Chromecast, ensuring the resident will be able to access FTA television via the DVD player.
