"I have been using Geeks2U for about 5 years. The visiting techs have been excellent at identifying the problems and then keeping me informed about what they are doing to (successfully) resolve them. 10/10 from me. These techs have managed to resolve issues within one hour that would have taken me days of frustration – if I could actually have eventually resolved them myself. For me, much better to get in a G2U tech and have my IT problems resolved quickly.
