"computer was unworkable because it was covered with a virus, Geeks cleared it up first and then a technician from ? attended to it and removed a faulty battery which I had been using for several year slow but it worked.The only problem i have got with it now is that it would appear that he never replaced a battery in the computer because there is a red warning signal on the plug sign down the bottom right which says no battery detected. How does it work without a battery is my query, and if he never replaced the battery, why didn't he."

"The receptionist was very courteous and helpful. The technician, Kamal, was just great, explained very clearly what was happening to my computer and gave several ways to fix it. I went with a new computer, prices were given to me and I made my selection. Kamal took the hard drive out of my old computer and took it with him. Three days later I had my new computer installed, all my programs were there, and oh so fast.

"Windows was not booting correctly. I searched the internet but could not find instructions on how to fix. Called another on-site reoair Co (who were cheaper than Geeks2U) but said that they would still charge a full fee even if they could not fix the issue. "I had James come in who was very knowledgeable & got my laptop back on track - he also made sure he was covid safe. To help me further I liked how he gave me the option of creating a portable hard-drive with my own hard-drive that he took out of my laptop (so it could be portable & have all my old information in there, should be there as I still havent checked yet but I am confident). It took a little time but we got there in the end. I also freaked out for a few minutes when we couldn't find my word documents but I had them buried within other folders in word so all was good - James was cool, calm & collected thru those few minutes & did very well!"
