"We needed help to set-up our rebuilt home computer.
After contacting another company, we found they wanted to change our appointment time twice, the second time they wanted us to hang around the next day & they would let us know roughly when they could attend!
Instead we contacted Geeks 2U & were pleasantly surprised to find a company that tried to hard to find a time that suited us - the telephone experience was excellent, with very clear information given in a prompt, helpful, polite and efficient manner - we amazingly received same day service from a technician who was also polite, helpful, patient, good natured & efficient - this type of service is not very common any more & we almost expect to be let down these days with people not turning up as arranged & not giving courtesy calls to let you know if they are running late - Thankyou to Geeks 2U and our Technician for a job well done & treating us so nicely!!! I am sure most people would even pay a bit more if they knew they were going to get this type of customer service experience."

I was 'freaked' because I had been tricked into thinking my phone call was really from Microsoft Service Dept who told me my computer had been hacked. As a result they accessed all my data and tried to get me to pay for virus protection immediately or they would shut down my computer. But 'Geeks' came to the rescue and dear Sella did an amazing job! He was very courteous and quick to fix the problem and now I have new virus protection, a clean computer and peace of mind! So thankful!
