"From the minute I phoned Geeks2U, I was certain I had made the right call. The initial contact and booking was friendly and efficient. She had recorded all my babble almost word-for-word so the technician knew everything he needed to know before he got here.
I emailed later to add a second task I required help with - nothing was too much trouble and the details of my request were passed on to the technician.
When Iman arrived, right on time, he was polite and friendly and finished the service very quickly. He made a couple of recommendations to me that were outside the scope of what I had asked him to do, but gratefully received!
As he finished each job, instead of saying "I'm finished. I'm off", it was always "Now what else can I do for you while I'm here?"
He ended doing several little tasks extra and gave me some quick tips that have already made my usage more efficient.

The first appointed to the job let me down and did not attend the 2 appointments on the first day when I had a crucial task to be done, even though I did offer to move the second attempt to a time very inconvenient to me!

"We were using Windows Live Mail. Windows 10 was updated and Live Mail failed. I spent days trying to fix the problem. Bought Office 365 'cos Windows 10 Mail program is so poor and then I was unable to export folder across to Outlook. Problem resolved by Sella of Geeks2U when he changed our email account from Pop3 to Imap (I think it is called) and gave us pathways to export folders of emails and contacts. Much work still to be done but we have a gateway for action."
