"I ordered a Creative Nomad Jukebox Zen from Gentech on Wednesday of this week. It is now Saturday, and according to their website, my order is still in processing despite the fact that they have charged my card. I have tried repeatedly to call their customer service line, but I've yet to have any luck, as nobody answers. As it stands right now, I would suggest that you NOT buy from Gentech, as my experience has been far less than satisfactory.
Update: I was able to contact GenTech, and the explained that their distributor had been late in delivery, and therefore they couldn't ship on time. Additionally, they apologized for charging me early, and attributed the mistake to clerical error. They were very apologetic about the matter, and have asked me for suggestions about how to improve their service so this doesn't happen again. Additionally, they have refunded the shipping charges as a form of compensation. I now feel much better about Gentech."
