"I ordered a Radiator but when it came, it wouldn't fit. I called customer service and explained my problem. They verified the listing incorrectly indicated it would fit my car and they could not get the correct radiator. The customer service person said to check my E-mail. There was a return authorization and a pre-paid shipping label. The refund was credited back to my credit card within a reasonable time.
I don't think the mismatch was their fault. Virtually every other site I checked, locally and online, with a listing that covered my car model gave me the same response - no the listed radiator won't fit your car and we can't get one that will. "

"I must start off by saying that I found out too late that the radiator I purchased was an incorrect size by just a few fractions. I notified them of this error and they said they shipped the proper part and it was the only one listed. They did take back the radiator and refunded me my purchase price. This is not the first instance I have not been able to find the proper part/fit for my car (1997 Audi) so most others may not have this problem. I can vouch for their customer service being excellent, and that is REALLY important to me."
"Don't buy parts from this company. I ordered a radiator from them. I got the radiator, tried to install it, finger started both of the transmission oil cooler lines, finger started one of the engine oil cooler lines, the other wouldn't start by finger so I took it back out. I discovered that the threads were more than just stripped, but completely missing from a large portion of the fitting. I returned the part, they claimed that it was not covered by their warranty, that it was damaged by some one. They refused to do any thing No refund, No new part, no return of damaged part even, nothing. they ripped me off for my money. Also when I called them at 7:30am their after hours answering service stated that they were open at 7:00am the phone was finally answered after 8:00am then I sat on hold for 5-10 minutes extremely poor customer service."

"My order was processed VERY promptly, and my item (a 3-row core radiator for a 1991 Geo Metro) was shipped VERY quickly. I made my purchase because they were the only people I could find who advertised a 3-row core radiator.
