" I ordered a replacement range knob for a KitchenAid oven and range top from the picture on the website. It looked identical to the one I had. When it arrived I tried to install it but the opening on the knob was too small for the stem. I compared the replacement knob to the original one and found a symbol on the new knob next to the H (High) that appears to be a flame. There is no flame on the original. On the back of the new knob there are three metal tabs holding the assembly together. On the original knob there are four tabs holding the knob together. I had previously emailed the vendor about these differences asking for the correct knob and I never received a response. Hopefully this time will generate a response."
