After reading the list that required photos, etc., etc., we decided it wasn't worth our time to return the item that was sent to us in error.
Most likely will not use "Genuine Replacement Parts" in the future.

I regret learning you may have received the incorrect part.
To initiate a wrong part claim, we require the following photos:
- a photo of the incorrect part you received,
- a photo of the part number (usually located on the box, or the packaging. Not the packing slip), and
- a photo showing the entirety of your appliance's model and serial number sticker label.
(This is usually located inside the door, on a panel, or on the back of the appliance.)
Photos are obligatory for a wrong part claim.
However, if the part was ordered in error we only need verification that your part is in new and uninstalled condition to initiate your return.
Please note parts under $30 are ineligible for return.
Prepaid return labels are only provided if GRP has made the error.

I ordered parts to fix her refrigerator with plenty of time plus they said it would get there before I was there. 2 days later I happen to go into my email to find that it was being held up because I didn’t send it to my house. I was to call customer service to say it was ok to send it to my daughter. Needless to say it didn’t get there on time and when I spoke with customer service and asked if they would help me correct this issue by expediting the shipment and she said we don’t do that and said “ If there is nothing else, I’m going to hang up”. If this is the company policy of different address fulfilling orders, mark it on your web site or call to say it’s going to be delayed. In this day and age, email is not used unless you’re within a company. Now a days people communicate via text message. Now I’m stuck not able to fix her refrigerator until I make another 14 hour round trip. "
