"I ordered and paid for a Father's Day arrangement a month before Father's Day and Giftblooms did not deliver the item as promised and to compound the issue, they did not notify me that the "container" the arrangement was to be designed around was no longer available, not giving me options to continue with the order. So Father's Day went unrecognized for my 87-year-old father thanks to Giftbloom's ineptness and unprofessionalism."

I ordered a birthday balloon bouquet for my friend. It was for her son who died to be delivered on his birthday in an attempt to make an unbearably hard day a little less lonely and painful. Thinking she would be getting this from us, I didn’t call her. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED! No notification. Nothing!
I tried the “Live Chat” since there is no other way to contact anyone. “Live Chat” turned out to be an email form, and I never got a response from any of them. Isn’t “Live Chat” when you text with a person? Some sort of explanation or apology would’ve been nice.
There were other options for ordering, and if I had been told this couldn’t be delivered, I could’ve made arrangements elsewhere. This very important date has passed, and NOTHING can change the fact that this poor woman had to deal with it alone, not knowing we were thinking of her due to their careless business practices."
"I ordered an $80 balloon bouquet for my son‘s 50th birthday, the order was to be six Mylar balloons along with six various colored latex balloons, what my son received was 2 Mylar balloons and all pink latex balloons! They knew this order was for a man because his name was clearly listed as a recipient and they still sent pink balloons. The balloon bouquet looked nothing like what I ordered at all and the worst part is they don’t care if you’re happy about it or not. "

I was told the appointment number is missing but UPS states that they told These people immediately on 12/21, but I only got the request, by email, on 12/23 in the afternoon, and UPS didn’t receive the info until today 12/27. Mind you they have my number and my fathers number, and i have been messaging DAILY asking where my order was. "I bought an Orquidea for a friend in Hong Kong. It cost $135 (£100) and it has last only for two weeks. The plant was overwatered when it was received and we do not know what other problems. Normally an Orquidea last more. Also, I sent an email complaining and claiming a refund or a new Orquidea and they responded saying it is not their problem. I would definitely recommend to buy through this website. "We ordered balloons and bear for an anniversary but nothing arrived , the company insisted it had but they have no proof of delivery , of course we would not be wasting such a huge amount of time following up if it had been delivered but they keep insisting they are right , they have no telephone number to call and three days on we are still chasing a refund but were left with no alternative but dispute with the credit card company , if this delivery service is not dishonest then they are totally inefficient and avoid settling disputes with long waiting times and no direct contact. I would definitely not recommend them in any way and suggest you try another supplier with clear contact numbers so in case you have a dispute your are not led on a long and stressful chase around , they spoiled the anniversary surprise "
