Lacking were confirmation of shipping, tracking or expected delivery -- really important for factors for a customer that requires awareness of when to expect delivery, and notification that delivery was accomplished or attempted.
In simple terms, inform me of when it was shipped, when it is expected to arrive, and at delivery.
The carton arrived with gaping tear and hole near the top, 65" from the carton base; rectangular cardboard u-cut-out braces were loose, and settled near the bottom of the carton.
Instructions are written with english words and challenging to interpret for this native language speaking American:

..."and put the guy-wire by using it."

Upon initial visual once-over, the components appear well made, with attempts to package them with care.
More at a later time, if relevant; snowing here now, delaying my outdoor installation.

"They were able to deliver the products I needed. Some products became unavailable, but I was able to find replacement items that were even better. If they can not fulfill your order they send you an email to let you know. I like the idea that they will not ship until you reply to the email. They want to make sure that you still need the other items before they ship anything. That saves me from having to return items. No one wants to have to return unwanted items. Overall, GigaParts did a great job on my orders.
