"Purchased an MFJ-1700C thru Gigaparts. The item arrived with something loose in the enclosure so I called Gigaparts for a replacement. Here is their policy: You pay to ship the defective item back they sent you. Then they have 7 days after they receive the item to process your replacement. That means I would have to wait almost a month before I finally get my purchase. I decided to open the enclosure and fix it myself.
If Gigaparts were the last ham radio supplier in the nation I would probably buy from them again but until that day happens they will see no business from me."

"I used GigaParts because the online assistants were very helpful, and they have a large range of products at good prices. My concern is their website ordering. I was using the latest version of Windows 10 and Edge and all went well on filling my basket but then all went wrong when try to check out. First, I got cryptic errors about invalid order, that after help from online assistant was due to an extended warranty I was purchasing. After I re-did the whole order after clearing browser cache all with OK. So I tried to use my PayPal account for the purchase and that went well until never got a PayPal confirmation back and seemed that order never processed. No email conformations either. So gave up with Edge and went to Firefox and re-did the whole order again and this time it looked different in the basket, the buttons seem to work better, and not wanting to try PayPal again I used credit card. This processed OK and got confirmation but then I got notice from bank that GigaParts was charging me on both credit card and PayPal! This took a phone call to GigaPart support to clear up which they did. So I like the company and will use them again but need to work on the QA for different browsers!"
