"I place an order on 2/102020 got 2 out of 3 delivered on time. My antenna was damage en route. I had called on 2/12 when 1out of 3 items arrived at my home. I was told the the rest would arrive on 2/14. I again looked at the tracking information on 2/17 after the antenna didn't arrive and noticed that the antenna was damaged during shipping. Called back and was shipped the antenna that day but it wouldn’t arrive till Thursday end of day. That’s almost 2 weeks. This should have been picked up the first time I called. I will say that my order did come in within the 10 day time frame as advertised. Spoke to customer service rep Sue. All was explained in to my satisfaction. "

"I was very pleased with the response & delivery time from the date of the order. The shipment arrived on schedule and the packaging was intact. The only complaint I have is that when they ship to Canada they charge the full amount of the shipping whereas if it is within the contiguous USA shipping is free. I can understand that it costs a bit more to ship to Canada, and I would have been happy to pay the additional charge - just not the full amount. Anyways, that's my only beef.
