bad service

"wow where do i start? charged before product shipped. website refused card. went through paypal with same card and had no trouble. no one available via phone or online chat. sent a message through the website that was not answered in a timely manner and the answer was of no help at all. no way of tracking which order item is in which shipment. online account not updating. it still shows the order processing after ive already received all items ordered. many things not in stock on website..."

A payment authorization is captured at time of order placement. Your payment method is not charged until the order has been released to the warehouse for processing.
