"Go anywhere else to purchase glasses or contacts because this website is awful. If you subscribe for contacts your supposedly get a pair of glasses for free. What they don’t tell you is that you apparently have to use a coupon code first (which they don’t give you unless you go through “customer service“ bots until you get to a live agent) and then the live agent tells you that you can’t get the glasses until you purchase contacts first. So if you want expedited shipping you’re SOL bc you can’t even place the order for the glasses until the contacts arrive in the mail. Oh you also have to pay "
