"I placed my first order, received my glasses and was thrilled. Everything fit great, and I was completely satisfied. Less than 6 months after receiving them, the spring hinge came apart and when inquired about getting it replaced under warranty, they only offer I got was a 50% store credit toward my next purchase. With this credit, they were still the best price so I had to go with them again, but this time I purchased the 2 year extended coverage. If I wasn't so happy with how the glasses fit and functioned when I first got them, I wouldn't have even looked at them again. If this happens again, I will absolutely not be buying from them again and will recommend that those close to me do not as well. "
