I got glasses with no prescription by mistake and have been trying over and over again to resolve this mess. The automated chat service and phone service front line situation is terrible. I have been unable to get the full credit back as of yet. The entire system as it relates to the interface between your customers and the company is the worst I have ever experienced and that is saying something. I would never order from you again. Never ever. "
