"I recently ordered a pair of glasses from glasses, USA. After I received them, I couldn’t see out of them. When I ordered, I paid for additional warranty coverage, including the right to have the prescription changed. So I went to my optometrist and obtained a new prescription. When I contacted the company in order to return them to have the prescription changed, they told me that I have no warranty. I cannot talk to an individual with the company. I can only go through a chat bot and chat people. The chat agents have repeatedly disconnected me without offering any assistance whatsoever. "

4. Choose an image from your computer, Facebook or even take a photo with your webcam.
As the Try It on feature will not take measurements into account, it cannot be used as a sizing tool. As such, we strongly recommend that you also check the measurements listed below the frame’s product description and compare them with your current frames.
