"Sent frames to them for re-lensing. When I called to inquire about the date they were sent back to me, they told me they were sent on 3/12 and delivered on 3/17 by the USPS and gave me a tracking no. I did not receive them. Called USPS and gave them tracking no. for investigation (never heard back from USPS). Then, Global admitted that they were not sent to me, but to some other part of their company or plant. After one month, as I write this review, I still having received my glasses. I would never use them again after this. "

"I would be happy to submit a review if I had recieved the glasses. I ordered them on March 2, and was lied to 3 times about the shipping date. The live support said they would ship March 18, that did not happen, 2nd call said they would ship March 21 that did not happen, the glasses actually shipped on March 29 and today is April 1. Am I happy no, I am not stupid, they would have been better off telling me the actual ship date was delayed than promise me they would ship and did not."

with Global Eye glasses. Originally I had a slight issue with placing my order with my mastercard - because Mastercard had changed my billing address and when I typed it in it was not identical to how they had wrote it and my card gave the message that the transaction was declined, then I saw that my card had been charged but that the site had not created an order, I called Global Eye Glasses and I spoke with a very nice guy who then reversed the charges on my mastercard immediately. I called mastercard and they verified that it had been reversed.

Then I tried and made my purchase with my Visa. No problem! I lucked out and got my glasses on a buy one get one deal and I got 9 pairs of glasses for $55!!! (I didnt count the glasses, I could have had 10! lol)

One pair cost $18 because they were sunglasses, and I paid the extra fee for tint and UV protection. The shipping was $9. So to get a total of 9 pairs of glasses for $50 is really incredible! $55 (total) - $18 (sunglasses) - $9 (shipping and handling) = $28 (for 8 pairs) ... $28/8 = $3.50 each!!! Where else can you save this much money??? NO WHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sooooo happy with my new glasses, everyone in my office compliments me daily on the many changes I have in my appearance due to the fabulous styles of frames I have!

Since my initial order, I ordered glasses for my family (and 5 more pairs for myself)! I received mine already and I am anxiously awaiting the rest of my orders.

I have been tracking them online, and I assume they will arrive Any day now!

For a family of 4, I just spent $223... This includes 4 pairs of sunglasses, and I ordered them each seperately so that each person gets their own box so thats $9 charged seperately for shipping on each order, that I would not have had to do, but I wanted each person to get their order individually :)

Then one order that has a stronger prescription were ordered with thinner lenses (strictly for fashion reasons lol) and some were ordered with Anti-glare.

I paid well over $400 individually for my own before from a company here in town and I also had to wait 2 weeks for the glasses... so I would much rather wait 2 weeks and get sooooo much more for my money. :)

I have told all of my friends and family members about this site because of the great value, and excellent customer service!

"A few months ago, I started an experiment where I purchased online, several different pairs of eye glasses from several different retailers.

For the most part, I received good service, and was generally happy with the glasses I received. And then I had to deal with Globaleyeglasses.com. Trying to get a refund out of this company is nightmare and their customer service department seems intent on being as difficult as humanly possible.

If you want to buy glasses online, I would suggest using a different vendor. There are several with better prices and every other one I tried had significantly better customer service and faster shipping times.
