"Canceled my order with no indication on as to why. I had to email them about it and they tried telling my it was a card issue and that my information didn’t match, when it did because my information is already saved to my laptop. I emailed them multiple times after and they gave no response. This website is a complete waste of time and a total scam. Do not buy from them. I would never recommend this website to anyone. Terrible. "

"My wife order me a New Mavrik Calloway driver, spec's RH, 10.5 degree senior shaft, this was her birthday present to me ( just turned 65). I am a single digit handicapper and of course looking for every advantage to maintain or possible gain distance sine my age keeps increasing and recently experienced a set back with my 2nd open heart surgery. My wife told me prior to getting it that she was purchasing the Calloway Driver and I became very excited awaiting it arrival. I opened the box today and wow what a great looking club with these exceptions 1. It left handed 2. It's a stiff shaft oh it is 10.5 degree. Looked at her order from Global Golf and it said 10.5 mens RH senior shaft. I immediately called global golf and they seemed nonchalant and accused Calloway for the error. Said they would contact Calloway and have them send me the needed things to return it and then Calloway would send me the correct ordered club. The gentlemen on the phone wasn't apologetic or even concerned just blamed Calloway and said he or Calloway would notify me by email of what to do.
This is very poor customer service. I understand errors but a $500 dollar driver for one individual should have the company in which the order was placed seem to care. I know they sell millions of dollars worth of merchandise but an individual only buys on occasion. If I would have ordered myself instead of my wife ordering it, I would have ordered directly from Calloway. She ordered from Global Golf because she asked one of her friends where to get such an item and they suggested Global Golf and she went on line and did so. Now she is being apologetic when it is not her fault, so Global Golf can expect me to tell others about my experience.

"I’ve purchased my last 2 iron sets along with a driver and putter from Global Golf and have had an amazing experience each time. The condition of the clubs is exactly as described if not a little better. I’ve purchased “good condition”, “very good” and “certified pre-owned”. All are real and legit clubs. All perform well. Customer service is responsive and best deal on clubs I can find out there. Will continue to use their services. "
"From top to bottom, beginning to end, fantastic! Driver is completely as advertised. Condition stated as very good, came as "like new". Only 2 minimal scuffs on the top of the head. Face looks unhit, no wear whatsoever. Shaft as advertised, better than expected . Shipping was ultra quick! Ordered 11/6, received it 11/9. Because it snowed here and it's 39 degrees I've only hit 5 balls outside so far. Solid feel, sound. The shape of flight is excellent. The ball rockets off the face! Can't wait to see the numbers compared to my RBZ. Thank you Global Golf. "
"I was scared to death with all the negative reviews and of course I did see them until after I made my purchase. I bought a used set of Taylormade M2 irons 4-aw listed as very good condition. I got them in three days and to my surprise 4-8 were brand new still in the plastic and the others were in great shape. All had new grips. Glad I had such a good experience I was really worried."
"Ordered Club - said they shipped it 6/4 - tried to track with DHL - No events - F/U after 5 days - Finally said DHL Lost it?? Not very likely - Said they would ship a replacement but opted for a refund - That was 2 weeks ago & No Refund - now July 3rd. Was supposed to be a father's Day gift!! HAve reported as Fraud to my CC company. Stay away from!!

"Do not use this company!!!!
Do not use this company! They will lie to you about it axes being included and smooth door to door.
I spent 3000 dollars and still don’t have my clubs that I paid for.
They are sitting in customs at Cancun and I need to pay another 600 dollars for a customers clearance company!
Prior to the purchase I called global golf and was told that 100% all taxes are included and that it will be smooth door to door and not to worry. When I emailed them for assistance that my equipment didn’t arrive their answer was simple. We can not assist, call fed ex and thank you. Disgusting customer support. Do not use this company"
"Global Golf sent me their VERY GOOD rated 2018 M4 irons, should have been rated VERY AVERAGE, scratched, very used, they looking like the guy who had owned them must have played them every day for a year, so mad and disappointed......
I had bought from G-Golf and Callaway Pre-owned before, Callaway rates their clubs Like this: New, Very Good, Good, and Averge. Callaway Very Goods I've purchased have Really Been VERY GOOD! Callaway Pre-owned is like the best place to buy, Global Golf's rating are a scam, they are like the Dollar Store, will never buy from Global Golf again, Buyers beware!!!!"
"I recently made a purchase on 06/11/19 for a set an 8 piece set of Kalea TaylorMade clubs in "very good" condition. I received the clubs today (06/14/19) and I am very pleased with my purchase! I have been needing a newer set for a few years but haven't been able to justify buying a new set but decided to settle on used clubs based on the very reasonable price. You are able to use multiple promo codes on their site (if they apply to your purchase). I actually used 3 and saved $167! I was skeptical based on the very mixed reviews I read...after I had already made my purchase lol. Honestly, I'm happy to say this was legit and a fair price for the clubs I received. I would recommend Global Golf and would order from here again! "
"I purchased a M2 driver 3 and 5 metals. I recieved the driver and 3 wood but no 5. I called the lady said or were sorry, I'll mail it out for you to recieve Monday. Monday arrived and I get a 3 wood not a 5. So I called back and guy said mail us back the 3 wood and I'll mail you out the 5 wood. I paid my money in good faith and now there hold me hostage. This was the 3rd purchase I had made with global golf. I purchase the 5 wood from3 balls for $40. Less and sold the other 3 wood for $30. More than paid. So the new 5 wood was half price. Thank you global golf for being such a screwed up company."
"Their website return policy states you can return items, "for any reason," and receive a "full refund." Furthermore, they indicate you only get charged for the RETURN SHIPPING. I now find out they deduct from your "full refund" both the shipping cost to you and the shipping label cost for the return.
When I spoke to a person named "Ryan" he was less than friendly. He was abrasive, unfriendly, not interested at all in being nice and explaining the issues. He just was well....that's the way it is.
Do not buy from Global Golf. Other used golf club sellers are actually cheaper and nicer."
"The absolute worst company I have ever done business with. Not an exaggeration. This is not an impulsive missive. I've been thinking about this post for some time now, as you will see. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK
This may be long but I promise I'm just trying to give all the facts as they happened to give people the information they need to make a good decision.
I placed an order for a new set of irons on 5/11/19. I had also included a trade in of my old iron set to reduce what the new clubs would cost out of pocket. Unfortunately, Global Golf charges you in full for the order, then "refunds" the trade in amount after they are received and "processed. As a result, I was charged the full order amount on the day of the order
Less than 20 hours later, I submitted a message stating I wanted to cancel my order. I was told it was too late, the order had "shipped". i asked for a tracking number and received no reply.
The following day (Monday, 5/14) i received an email stating a tracking number had been generated, but when I called to ask why my "3 day" shipping would take until Thursday even though I had paid for "3 day" shipping, they told me the "ship date" does not count in the three days, so the order was still in their "shipping area" in the warehouse. Even though it was still on their premises, they could not cancel my order.
Finally, I received the order on Thursday 5/17. I immediately took the order to the FedEx store to return. According to FedEx's website, the clubs were delivered on 5/22. After a couple of days, the website still did not show the return had been received so I contacted Global Golf. They told me the website would update once the return was "processed" which takes 5-7 business days.
Finally, I received my refund on 5/31. For an order that I placed on 5/11 and tried to cancel less than 24 hours later when the items were still in their warehouse. 3 weeks they held on to my money
Oh, also, remember the trade in I sent? Well, I shipped it on 5/11. (remember, Global Golf couldn't "ship" my order on a Saturday, yet I had no issue shipping them my trade in). FedEx stated the trade in was delivered on 5/15, yet Global Golf didn't acknowledge receipt until Monday 5/20. From there they said it would be 7-10 business days for them to inspect and approve the trade in.
The trade in was approved on 5/30. However, because I returned my order that the trade in was to be applied to, Global Golf will now only give me a store credit for the trade in amount. They say that that's their policy. I read through their policy and no where does it explicitly state that trade ins on orders that are returned will only be paid in store credit.
I was annoyed when I had to have hundreds of dollars in limbos for 3 weeks because of an order I wanted to cancel less than 24 hours after placing it, but I'm a grown up, and I placed the order, so I was willing to accept responsibility for my actions (whether or not you think its absolutely ludicrous in this day and age of online retailing for each step of the process to be so slow is a matter of opinion). What really upset me though was that they no have my trade in set, and will only give me a store credit for them.
I don't want to do any business with them. I don't want them to have any of my money. If they aren't willing to send my clubs back to me, then they should give me cash for them.
Global Golf may be fine if you are absolutely 100% certain you want what you are ordering, that it will be in satisfactory condition (tough because they only use "representative photos" for used items), and that you wont have to return anything.
HOWEVER, if you expect Global Golf to act like any other online retailer and be responsive, helpful, fast and not hide behind fine print, you should know that it is 100% certain that they will not. They are an awful company with poor service and shady policies wrapped up in fine print. There's too much competition out there these days for me to have to deal with such poor treatment ever again.
I only hope my experience can save someone else the trouble in the future"
"purchased 3 wood, when received It had 7 chips on the club, I returned and the credit was 53% less than what I paid.. will not purchase any thing else from them"
"I ordered on line...then got a bait and switch email...when I declined the orderwas cancelled...17 days later no refund...I had to file a claim with paypal"
