"I ordered a scotty cameron from here. It was a 2012 newport 2 model with a standard size grip and 35 inches.
When I opened it up it was a 2010 model with a jumbo super stroke grip and was 36 inches.
It mad a funny sound while putting and I thought it might be the grip so I removed it to install a regular size grip that I liked and cut the shaft to 35 inches like I ordered. When I removed the grip installed I found that it it was actually a 34 inch shaft with a metal insert and counter weight installed to make it 36inches. So now I have to order a new shaft and grip to get the putter to the specs I desire.
I dont recomend them and wouldnt order from them again.

"I ordered a golf club from these guys not knowing they were US based (it isn't obvious since all the pricing is in UK Pounds). At checkout their site allowed me to pay for next day delivery, but 7 days later the club still hadn't arrived.
After contacting them they were singularly unhelpful saying "they were in the US so what did I expect!"
To add insult to injury I also incurred a customs charge making the club considerably more expensive (again there was no warning that the product would be shipped internationally or face a customs charge).
The customer service manner was awful, and I'd strongly recommend staying well away from GlobalGolf!"

"I bought a set of cobra iron from globalgolf for a friend they look very badly made he tried them and they were just so bad he hit the pitching wedge it made a dead sound and went 70 yards the others were just as bad I contacted them they did want to know they said that they checked and they were reel but when I asked them to prove it with something from cobra they refused.
PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are the worst company I have ever to deal with once they have your money you are nothing to them. So bad"
"I ordered a set of Tommy Armour 845 irons, 3-Pw, used obviously. Do to age, I was expecting clubs that are similar condition to what I presently own, or worse. I was thinking worse due to the very low price. They were due to be delivered on the 11th. Today the 6th, the club's arrived. Upon opening the box, they weren't wrapped very fancy or anything, but secured sufficiently. The club's, were on far better condition than my own set. The grips, I expected to be in very poor condition, I'm thinking the grips are new or very near to it. The shafts have the original stickers clean and undamaged. The heads are unscratched, undented, and unbelievable. For what O paid, I am ecstatic over what I received. I am definitely ordering from Globalgolf.com from now on. I hope this alleviates any fears of ordering from them."

--- I ended up getting fully refunded for the club and the work done. It took awhile as you can tell from the original post of the review. Customer service is still really poor as there was no communication and only a single sentence response when I pinged them again about the full refund. Would they have refunded the work done on the wrong club had I not inquired? In the end I got the refund so I can't complain, but I'd go else were for used clubs online. I picked up the correct club at 2nd Swing and was very happy, mostly because they have actual pictures of the clubs there so you know exactly what you are getting. You save money at Global Golf for sure but its a gamble. Pretty weird that people have said they gotten "Value" level clubs that looked untouched, I find that hard to believe after my "Very Good" club arrived. Read below for the original experience ---
Ordered a wedge listed in "very good" condition. They didn't charge much for re-gripping so had a new grip thrown on (a mistake). Received a different model wedge that could be generously described as "poor" with worn grooves and the chrome completely worn thru on the bottom edge. They took the return of the club but of course I'm out the grip because it's "custom" and did not qualify for a refund. Sounds like they happily take money for work done on the wrong club, anyone could have looked at the label on the order tag and glanced at the head to figure out it was wrong, but they don't get free money from you that way. I half-seriously asked if I was allowed to blow it off and return it sans grip (because, you know, I paid for it) or could I get a very reasonable refund for work done on the wrong club. It's been quiet, so I'm guessing they just want me to go away. If I hang on too long I'll miss the 30 day window so I'm just going to return the whole thing, I'll keep fighting it I guess. So enjoy the new grip on a club I didn't order, Globalgolf.com, the club probably qualifies for "very good" now that it's got a new grip on it. This was a good learning experience, I learned to not customize used clubs and I learned to not buy from Global Golf again."
"So, to start, I had a lot of issues making my order final. I used a gift card to make the purchase and the card number didn’t give them an identity to verify, which would be bad Incase of credit card theft. I was initially very frustrated by this because it was a while after the order was placed and the item wasn’t shipped. What was good was the customer service after I was distressed about the situation. I initially spoke with a woman named Virgina Lane who was super helpful in making the transaction process and she had my item shipped the very next day! Then I decided I should track my shipment due to the issue I had originally, and it didn’t come up in the tracker so I called and spoke to a man named Casey Foster, who was able to locate it and let me know exactly when I would receive it. Even though there were hiccups along the way, I feel 5 stars is justified for their customer service that I feel went above and beyond to make me satisfied! Casey and Virgina were both great! They are the reasons I would 100% shop here again! The hours for customer service were good too, since you can speak to someone just past normal business hours. Also, I shopped around a lot for the best deal, and they had the best price. I would say the price and the customer service get 8 out of 5 stars and the actually process deserves 2.5 but they might be a dropship site or something so I believe that’s built into the money you save. Those two factors compelled me to give Global Golf 5 stars! Great price and even better customer service!"
"I bought a set of Callaways from these people. I got them this afternoon. The clubs are pretty good but with miss matched grips that I wasn’t told about. I paid extra for 3 day shipping. I did because I sold my clubs and I was to play in a tournament today. I ordered last Saturday. I thought they would ship on Monday and in three days Wednesday I would have them. Nope it turned out to be 4 day shipping. Their response was, “we don’t count the day it ships as a day. 72 hours after the ship day. Keep in mind this is by far NOT my first time to have something shipped. So I called BS on that. They just don’t care about me as a customer. Sad thing is I had s back picked out that they have. Not now I’ll go elsewhere. All of this over a 3 day shipping charge. Sad in them"
