"I bought a Wilson Dtyna Power, Titanium Driver in certified pre-owned condition. The club looked brand new, however, in 5 days, the price they have advertised dropped $70. I asked if the could do something for me and was told "Of Coarse." I provided all of the info they asked for including screen shots and they stopped communicating. I guess "Of Coarse" means, good luck with that!"
"i ordered a Yeti water bottle to be sent to Canada.....Global Golf was the only vendor that had this item available in the specific colour i needed, and because i've been looking for quite a while i ordered it from them so i wouldnt miss out. The $40 item, shipping and customs charge converted to CDN$ was over $100 once i finally received it, which is NOT the issue here....what is, is that Global Golf threw this item in a large box with one small sheet of kraft paper stuffed inside. Im not sure exactly why they'd consider wasting the paper because it did absolutely no good to keep the item from crashing around during transport. I replied immediately upon unpacking the bottle and identifying the damage. That was a week ago.......still waiting for them to reply. Disgusted in the complete lack of customer service they provided me. "

"Bought a Cleveland 4 hybrid. It snapped at the handle after one week. Never had this happen to any club I’ve owned in 41 years as a golfer. Global Golf has no replacement for a stiff shaft. They had me return directly to Cleveland/ Strixon. 9 days after returning I still cannot receive an adequate response from either as to a replacement club. The Cleveland rep Isaiah has never responded. Horrible.. Any legitimate company would advise a replacement is on the way or a credit.. NEVER again will i buy anything from Global Golf or Strixon/Cleveland.. Second Swing or Budget Golf are much better companies that are reliable and responsive.. "

"As an American living in Singapore I was in a real jam. I picked up golf this year playing a hand-me-down old set of ill-fitting AP1's. It became clear after a 100 buckets that I needed a new set of traditional irons badly. I tested all the locally available brands that offered fitting service and scoured the internet consuming every review I could find. All my testing and data pointed me to one club; the Wilson Staff Blades. Problem(s) was/were a) there isn't a demo Staff Blade anywhere in Singapore I could swing, b) Wilson's Singapore distributer doesn't carry them because why the hell would anyone buy blades, c) Wilson does not ship to Singapore. What to do???
Searching the net to find a used set from anywhere, I stumbled upon globalgolf and lo-and-behold they had a Certified Pre-Owned set. Frankly, the idea of 'certified pre-owned' golf clubs sounded absurd to me, so I dove back online to look into globalgolf - and that's when I came across this ratings site.
I read all the reviews listed below. I mean, I'm a hell of a long way from home. If globalgolf screwed me (and these clubs aren't cheap) there's not much I could do about it. And although a few of the negative reviews here were clearly written by people who enjoy complaining, the vast majority spoke of a genuine and believable incompetence on behalf of globalgolf. My heart sank. But I was desperate. So I decided, against all better judgement, to place the order on February 26th with International Express delivery. Here's how it went:
1) Globalgolf confirmed the order within an hour.
2) They shipped my order the next day and sent me a dhl tracking number.
3) Over the next 5 days I follow my order on dhl's website as it traveled around the world through various customs ports.
3) My order arrived on-time and as scheduled today, which happens to be my birthday.
4) The Certified Pre-Owned Wilson Staff Blades I received are in utterly ridiculous condition. I say this because they are basically brand new, very likely a display set or similar. Sooo very, very pretty. Simply glorious.
5) Took the blades to the range an hour after arrival. Pure. Soooooo pure. A 'Think it and it shall be' kind of club. And I knew it the second it was in my hand. I also instantly knew why I hit all those buckets this year. Why after 30 years I picked up a club again. Time after time, out of the middle, the flight, the feeling. Blades, there is no substitute. Not for this old guy anyway.

"My PXGs came in 5 days. That may not break an Amazon Prime record, but it was fast enough for me. The clubs came as advertised. So no issues with product quality either. My only issues was that I thought I should have been noticed by the second day about shipping. I was notified the fourth day that they'd be coming the next day. That's not a really big deal. I wrote to them about that and they responded within 24 hours. I would recommend Global Golf based on this and one other positive experience with them."

Customer service confirmed it was canceled and said the money would be back in my account within 24hrs. It has been over a week now and still no money. I've called customer service twice now and they claim the money was never taken out the account, they are doing absolutely nothing to help me get my money back. I was only made aware of this after I had sent them an email asking about shipping since I had not received any notification that the item I had bought {& already paid for} from them was in transit? They replied back only after I initiated the outreach to tell me they don't carry it nor have in stock! Weird way of doing business right? Let's advertise an item we don't have, collect funds for said item, then and only then, after the consumer contacts us wondering when the item we don't have will arrive do we offer him an opportunity to buy something else.....? "I recently bought a used set of irons for my wife in "very good" condition, but unfortunately what I received was much more in line with "value" or even worse. I was very disappointed with the lack of protective packaging around the irons inside the box. The irons were simply wrapped together by a rubber band near the club head with some paper by the grips and that was it. No wrapping around the club heads that would prevent them from scratching and nicking one another. I expected at least a little cushioning after spending $350 on these irons. The description of the item was also incorrect, as the description states there is a "4 forged" and 5-PW tour iron set. The club set I received had a 4 Hybrid, 5 hybrid and 6-PW. I tried to contact your company to ask about the set makeup, but you do not accept messages about items. My wife would have preferred the 5 iron, so this was also disappointing. I watched the youtube video of what "Very good" irons should look like and I was impressed with how clean the iron was in the video was. The irons i received were nowhere near that nice. I have attached some pictures below of the clubs highlighting some of these issues. As you can see, these are not anything like your club example which is very misleading. I have purchased clubs from your company before and they were fine, not sure how these got labeled "very good" but they are far from it. I will give you credit on your shipping time as it was very quick and arrived two days early, so thank you for that. I will not be buying from them again."
