"Extremely happy with Global Golf, and will be a returning customer! Ordered a set of "mint" Taylormade Tour Preferred CB irons. Their description of mint is: "Irons in Mint Condition have no previous use. Any markings would be minimal shop wear." The irons I received were pristine, not a single mark (not even a finger print) and still in the original sealed box. In fact the clubs stuck to the foam packaging slightly which I would expect from clubs that had not been removed from its packaging yet! Also, very fast shipping... ordered on a Saturday, shipped on Monday and received on Wednesday. I would have given them 5 stars, but the clubs came with a sticker stating "this club is not warranted by Taylormade", and their web page did not mention that. But, not a big deal in my book, since I knew that TM discontinued the TP CB. Bottom line, very happy, will use them again and have even referred a few people to use Global Golf."

"I recently bought a 3 wood from Global Golf. For the price for an opened box I had to try them. Had never heard of them before. Found them while searching for good deals on clubs. I received my club as ordered only wish it had arrived sooner so I could hit it before my weekly round. Nevertheless, I was very please. Since then, I have seen there ad on the golf channel and will probably shop with them again. More choices is a good thing."

"I ordered used vokey wedge in excellent condition, and received a fake one which doesn't have serial number on it. I was told that they will send you brand new one in used price in order to apologize for sending me fake one to me. This was a month ago, and I have not received new one that they promised me.

I called more than 10 times for this issue. They have very poor customer service plus not reliable what they said to me. I just dispute to Paypal, good that I used paypal method to pay them instead of credit card.

I will not going to order from them anymore.
Watch out if you get fake item if you order from them.

I am updating my review after the store's customer service manager resolved my issue.

He apologized that his company sent me clone one which came from one of seller sold to Global golf. He checked it, and it was clone and he told me that even wedge's degree was not matched with spec. He promised me to send a brand new one and I received it in next few days.
I am updating my review from one star to three star because that customer manger was very good.
I give him 5 star, but previous all the customer service represents deserve to get zero star, so average out to be three."
