"I ordered a driver and a hat and paid overnight shipping. That was Wednesday evening, it's now Saturday evening. Monday perhaps? Haven't been able to talk to anyone there via phone today, and they haven't returned my email messages. I assume I'll get my driver at some point, but I'm dubious they'll refund the overnight shipping cost. The shipping is a Fed Ex issue I suppose, but I'm disappointed that Global Golf wasn't there to help today. Other outlets such as Budget Golf and Callaway Pre-owned have had impeccable service and delivery. If I really wanted an item that only Global Golf had, I might use them again. Otherwise, I'll stay away and look for other dealers.

Harmless enough until I found out I was some how subscribed for these magazines without my knowledge. Global Golf is the only store I have ever bought any golf equipment from online. I don't even watch golf videos or even view other golf related material online. The only place these magazines could have gotten my information was from Global Golf. "

I also needed the hat just in time for Christmas so I chose expedited shipping. Before I made the order I called to make sure it would come in on time. The representative was very polite and helpful. "I have read a bunch of negative reviews about Global Golf in the past few days. I was considering a purchase from them but was skeptical due to the reviews that have been trending downwards lately. I took a chance anyway and on Monday, Dec 22 I bought 2 Taylor Made Jet Speed hybrids (my first purchase from Global Golf). There was a special running that would guarantee Christmas delivery for $8.99 with 2 day shipping if the order was placed by noon EST. I selected that option and order was confirmed at 11:29 EST.
***On Tuesday, I go to track my shipment and it said that FedEx had just received the shipping info and it would be delivered on Friday the 26th. You've got to be kidding me! I called their customer service department to tell them about it. I spoke to a very nice young man named Chris and he looked up my order. He verified that I had done everything right and that they had just dropped the ball on this one. To make the situation better, he refunded the shipping costs and sent me a $25 gift certificate and sincerely apologized, not making any lame excuses. I was satisfied with this solution. My Father-In-Law would just have to wait a day or two to get his Xmas present...no big deal.
******* About 2 hours later, I got a call on my cell from Chris and he told me that he called the manager of their shipping facility in Utah and told him what happened. The manager in Utah then called FedEx and was able to pull my order from the pallet and change it to next day air for me...at no charge and I get to keep the $25 GC for the trouble! Now the order will be here in time for Xmas, and Global Golf has earned business from me in the future.
I cannot speak for anyone else, but my experience with their Customer Service Department was second to none!"
"I agree with much of what is posted about 2nd rate customer service. I ordered a $1000+ RH set from them. However, I use a LH putter. A RH putter was delivered. I contacted them about the mistake and they agreed to a return. However, they refused to pay for return shipping. I returned the club at my expense. A week later I have not received a credit back to my card. I spoke with someone there who could provide me no information about the status of the return and said that it could be another 10 days before they actually processed it. High level of indifference on the part of the customer service reps I have spoken to. These people act as though they could care less about your business."

Kinda hard to believe that FedEx would take in a package on 9/2 and keep it for 13 days. Orrrrrrr, maybe there coming on bicycle. "I ordered a couple of times from global golf an was pretty happy with the process and product. Not so much lately though. I ordered a left handed adjustable driver and it came on a right handed shaft which means everything is backwards, and I ordered a hybrid labeled as very good and it came with rust on it. I called customer service and asked if rust is considered very good and was told that it can be. Seemed like a good site but quickly loosing confidence in their quality control. Much better deals to be had with better quality of products on ebay."
