"On 9/21/23 I ordered 3 items. As of 9/28/23 on part of the order has arrived. After speaking with 6 representatives I will not have the rest of my order that they promised me by yesterday. I gave them every opportunity to fix the order, however customer service are out liars and very rude. They have tried everything to appease me except to fulfill the order. They refuse to pick up the half order and at one time told me to just keep it. Cost to much to return it, Now they just simply refuse to deal with me. They continue to claim they will refund my CC and have not. We have prepared the order for return and upon re=taping the the box, the corner is damaged. CRICKETS. Never deal with these people."
"To be fair, the product is great and works well. However, I am disappointed to have been sent two of the same item and charged twice. The orders were duplicated within seconds on 30 April 2023 and with the same date time stamp of 14:32 which leaves me to believe there was a glitch or this is an intentional practice to gain profits. When I received the item, I had 2 boxes and assumed it came in two boxes as it was a tiered cart. Not until I opened them and began assembling the cart did I realize it was a duplicate order. Hopefully, the customer service team will send me a return label and a refund. I would be cautious of ordering from this company on the count of this type of situation but I am happy with the product but now I have 2 and am concerned whether I should even bother and cut my loses. "

"Very disappointed! I was looking for some refrigerators and came across this vendor. I should have read other reviews before ordering but you know when you see a good deal you want to jump. I ordered two convertible refrigerator/freezers at an excellent deal, I mean really excellent, too good to be true as it turns out. So I got the order confirmation, and then shortly after, I get a "sorry to inform you..." message about a "glitch" in the system that has resulted in the order being cancelled. So, after I ordered the products, after waiting a few days at the same price point, they claim something happened in shipping. My payment was still processing with my bank so I know the order went through. I spoke to customer service in an effort to re-order the items at the same price but "price is subject to change".
After 2 weeks of trying to resolve the issue speaking to multiple people, the issue was finally put to rest. We spoke to company representatives who said they would call us back, but never did. We "just missed" the employee who actually gave their name, several times stretching the process out longer. Finally, they offered a price that was still way beyond what the initial price we bought the products for. Their excuse was that it was an "error" except that the price I purchased the product for was on the website for several days and was only an "error" once we bought the product. This company was not willing to accept their mistake, because, "We need to make money". Understandable, but again, as with other reviews from other customers, they lost this customer for life. I don't care if they are advertising something the cheapest price, I will not buy from Global Industrial again. They'd likely have another "glitch" if the price was a good one anyway. Horrible experience. Stay away from this company."
"Was a bit anxious about ordering from these folks given recent bad reviews on this site, but they offered a very good price on a popular and hard to get ZTR mower so I decided to take a chance. The experience was positive from end to end: transaction was easy, the item shipped the next day, delivery was professional and on-time, and the mower arrived in good shape and exactly as described. One minor catch: Global failed to furnish my contact info to the trucking company when booking delivery, but communicated well and quickly rectified the issue."

when I received my statement it did not show the promotional plan was in place. I then called Synchrony Bank to confirm my suspicions and it was true not only was the zero interest not in place but my interest rate was an outrageous 29.99% !!!
This company is a total rip off. I called numerous times to Global as well as sent email to try and get this resolved. I just kept getting the run around. I also reached out to Synchrony Bank but they said the only people who could help me were Global.
In the end I paid off the shed in full before any interest was charged the kicker is that I could have purchased a similar shed for less money and the shipping was FREE. I paid $475.00 in shipping charges alone and when the inept shipping showed up they didn't have a pallet jack? For a 785 lbs delivery. "

"Started out good and went downhill quickly. We are a small company in South Florida who ordered Freestanding Office Partitions ($1599.39 Total) on 05/13/2020 to establish safe working environment for limited office personnel during Covid-19 Pandemic. We received our order, made necessary adjustments in office area which left us with 2 of the partitions ($313.95ea) and associated brackets still in their box unopened and not needed. Upon contacting Global customer service the representative we dealt with provided all of the necessary documents to return the 2 partitions and 2 boxes of support brackets within a designated timeframe for a refund. On 29 July 2020 we took the items to our trusty neighborhood UPS Store (whom we deal with on a regular basis) and was told that we would have to return the partitions by UPS Freight due to the weight (at a cost of $262.00) and had no problems in making sure items were returned in a proper and safe manner. Upon tracking the items and seeing that they were received by Global and after never receiving any feedback from the company I eventually called on August 7th and was told that all items had been received but that the 2 partitions were damaged when they arrived and that a refund would not be issued for the damaged items. At that time I requested photos of the damage and any documentation during receiving that indicated the items were received damaged so that I could file a claim with UPS and recoup some of the money that had been invested to try and stay safe as well as support another company during the midst of economic uncertainty. I was told that photos and receiving information would be mailed to me that day, which never happened, and the representative also stated that they would contact warehouse personnel to obtain better pictures to help in claims process but again, nothing was never received. On August 18 I contacted the company and received apologies and told photos and documentation would be emailed as soon as phone call was over an again nothing. On August 20 I contacted Global again and the same scenario with being very apologetic but never producing any of the documents so I could file a claim. On August 24 I contacted our Trusty Neighborhood UPS Store and explained our dilemma at which the rep emailed me a document to forward to Global so that they (UPS Store) could file a claim on our behalf. On August 26 I contacted Global for feedback and was told that they were working to get the information together for me at which I almost lost it but left it at that and passed that information back to the UPS Store rep who was helping me. On August 28 the UPS Store rep emailed Global with me in copy to explain and request the pertinent information needed to file a claim on our behalf and received no reply. As it is now September with no response from Global Equipment Company Inc., I am now in the process of seeking alternative means to have my concerns addressed with the company as well as ensuring that the general public is aware of how this company operates when it comes to customer's concerns. "About 3-4 months ago I decided to place an order with Global Industrial for toilet paper because of the lack of toilet paper on the shelves of my local grocery stores due to the Covid-19 crisis. This order was promptly placed on back order and remained so weeks after. I then received an email from Global Industrial asking if I am still interested in the toilet paper order placed on back order, or if I would like to cancel it. The email contained a link to click on in order to cancel the order which I immediately did as I had found a different online company to order toilet paper, and other toiletries from. I assumed this was the end of the matter, and I did not hear anything back from Global Industrial until they decided to reactivate the order that I cancelled.....
I received an e-mail 6/23/2020 stating the order (which was cancelled by me 3-4 months ago) was to arrive at my home by the end of the week, and my credit card was charged $174.30. I was livid to say the least when I seen that my credit card was charged nearly $200 for an order that I cancelled 3-4 months ago.
I immediately called Global Industrial to cancel this order and explained that I had cancelled this order via a link THEIR COMPANY SENT ME! The representative then had the audacity to ask me to email the link her company sent me, rather than promptly cancel the order and immediately offer to refund my credit card for the full amount they stole from me!
This matter has still not been taken care of because I checked the UPS tracking link and it says the toilet paper will be delivered to my home on Friday 6/26/2020, and my credit card has still not been refunded!
I just called Global Industrial again about this matter and it feels like I am getting the run around. The representative then told me she could refund my money now and I thought that would be the end of the issue. She then said she has to email her manager to ask about getting a refund. I asked her who else can I speak to during business hours about this and was told to call back later when a manager is available. This may seem like a small time frame to wait, but its not for me as I do not have almost $200 to give away and I need my money back NOW.
I RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE ORDERS FROM GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL UNLESS THEY WANT MONEY STOLEN FROM THEIR ACCOUNT, AND A MIGRAINE TO GO ALONG WITH IT! FIND AN HONEST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH."
"I’ve made multiple orders from Global and had experience with orders damaged in transit. Global efficiently completes orders, their customer service is easy to reach, and when there is an issue they make it right quickly.
I do wish Global’s shipping was a little cheaper, but their product pricing is very competitive."
"I ordered a medical device that was backordered and the purchase was cancelled without any explanation or followup as to why. After contacting customer service, I was advised that due to it being backorder the papypal charge was cancelled. I would have charged to another source. Why was I able to order knowing that a backordered item with PayPal had this issue? Checks need to be put in place to not allow PayPal to be charged on backordered items-since I was told PayPal has a 5 day term. Item is now 15 dollars more and my original purchase price was denied by management. Item is still available for purchase on line. They did not want to honor original purchase price since they will make more money. Also, website specifically indicates I cannot cancel or return item. Truly in favor of vendor. They just lost a major account purchaser"
