"RIP OFF!! Lies, short shipment, wrong product shipped, denial, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
I purchased $5,115.00 in racking 3 weeks ago. I was told it was all in stock and in the pictures you will see the sent me a shipping document indicating that all the product shipped complete. It did not, almost half the product is missing and as you see in the pictures they shipped a mixture of sizes. My warehouse receiving manger called them the same day to report the issues. The man at Global knew the order was shipped short, but he did not note it on any of the paperwork I received. Plus as you see in the pictures it is a huge mess because the racks cannot be assembled because the sizes are mis matched. The customer service person now wants pictures of the shortage, how do I picture a shortage. Their shipping person knows about the shortage. Terrible company to buy from and they have no idea how to get it right STAY AWAY!! I ordered for convenience they have turned this into a nightmare."

"Product came earlier which was great but was missing one of the boxes from the delivery service and when calling to see if they found it they asked to describe it. I said if it is missing how do I know. It took a while to have the item put together to see what was missing but it ends up being a part we don't use bc of space but it is frustrating that it still have yet to arrive."

"I cringe when I see when my company asks me to place an order with Global Industrial. It is very rare that I could place an order (sometimes for 1 or 2 items that I have a part # for) and get off the phone within 20 minutes. Why does a phone order need to take so long. I have called with a part # from your website of WBBxxxxxx and the customer service agent has no idea what the part is. She kinda left me hanging to figure it out myself. WBB is apparently the prefix to show I am looking at the part on your website. How do your agents not know that. I've also given them a part# that I had ordered 1 week prior and they tell me it's not a valid part # and I should go figure that out too. Well, I find out that the part has been discontinued. How do they not know that? I'm quoted a delivery date of 3 days, then it changes to 5 days, then 2 weeks! Delivery dates change on me. I've ordered and item in October, then it went up $2 a couple of weeks later, then it went up $2 a couple weeks after that, then it went up again but after discussion and approval, your company honored the previous weeks price, but still invoiced me the higher price. It was like pulling teeth to get a credit. Then this exact same item went up again $6 a couple of weeks later. I understand price increases, but the same item went up 4 or 5 times in 4 months. The customer service rep said she couldn't do it, so I called my Rep twice, but he never called me back. My co-worker suggested I call CNH to get my products because we never had a problem with them, well guess what happened to CNH. Please work on training your customer service reps."
