"Poor contact response by my assigned sales person. Excuse was given that email doesn't work. But half of the time that I call I am forced to leave a message on a voicemail that either doesn't state a name or it is a different name than who my contact is. Then, 95% of the time the message isn't returned.
To be honest, I am always looking for an alternate source just so I don't have to deal with this issue. BUT, the one time I was able to get someone in the USA to help me, everything went flawless.
