"Rep lost my order, was never placed. When order did get placed I was charged tax. Sent my tax info via PDF repeatedly and was told no one could open the PDF.
Item was delivered and I requested my co-op deal with invoice & tax as none of it was billed correctly. "

"UPS lost the original shipment. The first Global Industrial customer service representative assured me they would send a replacement asap. After one week went by with no email notification of shipment, I called back. Discovered I was lied to and they would not ship until UPS completed the "Claims Process". At this point, the items had been on order for roughly 3 to 4 weeks and my credit card had been charged at the time of the original order! I complained and they finally agreed to, and did, ship a replacement. I will never order from Global Industrial again."

"It was a good experience, good and quality product. But I have a problem: I installed the machine, but it's not working correctly. I need a technician who can check it out and tell me if it's not installed correctly or if it has any problem. I haven't found anybody who can help me, here in Orlando or Oviedo, FL.
