"I ordered all my gifts, including the charm and bracelet from Gnoce, on 12/7/18. I've literally received all my other gifts. I received an email that my items shipped 12/14/18. That already was a damper, but I thought as long as it arrives by Christmas no worries. But, her it is, 12/23 with no information except that it arrived in LA on 12/18/18, cleared customs at 10 PM, and then NOTHING! No further carrier information, no estimated time of arrival! Upon reading reviews, I don't understand how items arrive in Australia and are delivered within 7 days with NO PROBLEMS IN TRACKING, SERVICE, ETC., but the US and UK are having a terrible go of it! "I placed an order for a personalised item. It does state shipping within 3-5 days. This is not the case but 've patient. The item took about 2 weeks to come but was definitely worth the wait. My friend absolutely LOVED the bracelet and charm. They may need to change the order delivery times but other than that the items where great!"

Received no Bracelet. Trying to call the company with no answer and live chat is worthless. An Email was finally returned but they stated something to the fact that it was limited to stock on hand and offered % off another order.........total BS. Scam and would never order again and suggest you save your money!!!

I have even called the number on the website which states opening hours are Mon - Fri 9-6pm PST time yet the telephone number has a message stating they are not open until 5:30pm till 2am PST? what kind of business is this?
