I ordered this the first of December and have heard nothing about it, I call and it disconnects, I have emailed no response, I spent quite bit of money for charms and charms and want my money back if it isn’t here by Christmas they are gifts..
So disappointed. Send with a reputable company not tune express...try fedex or ups.

"We ordered a bracelet (order number 300320690). And have attempted to contact the company several times. The hours of operation for the customer service line is 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM PST. However when we call, the message says “a representative will be with you shortly,” and about 5 minutes later we’re disconnected. This business is a sham! We are disputing the charge with our CC company and will not do business here again. Don’t bother telling me about logistical delays and contacting the post office. Keep your merchandise and refund our money."
"Having ordered three charms for a Xmas present and not received them as yet,I have tried numerous times to contact them for an update on shipping date. I have used their live chat ,that's a joke as nobody ever gets back to you. "Ordered one bracelet but tried to get info about returning it as it was too small, no response from website then was told I could have a voucher code for a discount. Had to order another one but no discount was given. Shambles !!! So disappointed as it was for Xmas and now I have two bracelets and I should have just bought a Pandora for the money I’ve spent! "

I emailed them and no response, I called them and was impossible to understand the woman on the phone as apparently they are based in China. Had in not come with the bracelet I would not have ordered one."

"I ordered a few charms and bracelet for Christmas on 30 November. Today is 8 December and everything has arrived. I was a bit reluctant to order having read reviews, but took a chance. Although the charms aren't as big as I thought they would be, and I don't believe they are worth what I paid, they aren't too overpriced and are not too small. I wouldn't say I am over the moon with my purchases, but I wouldn't say I am disappointed really."
