"I ordered 3 photo Charms and it only took 10 days for them to arrive!! (To the uk). I did worry that I wouldn’t receive them after reading the reviews but i had tracking details which shown me exactly where my charms were each day and they arrived sooner than I thought they would.

"I order a bracelet online for my girlfriend as a birthday gift. It came on time and she liked the bracelet, but as soon as she tried it, the bracelet pops out starightaway. If her hand comes in contact with anything, it comes off striaghtawy. I tried calling the customer service more than a hundred times, tried emailing them but what I get is “no answer at all” I have been calling and emailing from the last three days and not a single answer. This is not how the customer service works. You guys have totally ruined the gift ,why have I spent $150 just to get this totally ridiculous bracelet which does not even fit properly? " I need to know what’s going on with my order. I ordered 2 personalized charms on November the 26th and I still don’t see any progress with my order. I have reached out to their live chat multiple times and haven’t received and any messages back. I have also called their customer service number 1-***-***-**** and as soon as I get a connection I receive an automated message on their end saying “goodbye” and the phone is disconnected. "I placed an order for a bracelet and some charms as an anniversary gift a while back and received the tracking information pretty fast. It said something like the tracking will update in a day or two so I waited and waited. However, no changes at all. I tried calling the service number and the automated message just said "Good bye" before hanging up. Sent them an email, send them the "Live Chat" message (which was totally bogus). I didn't realize that this was happening to so many other people. I made this account just to share my story. I usually don't ever do this. I'm thinking if I don't hear back within a few more days, I'm going to call my credit card company and have them cancel that payment. Good luck to others who are trying to get their jewelry!"
