"Simply put, I purchased a system last fall from go AC Wholesalers (GoDuctless). There was a catastrophic failure after four months. The system was installed by two qualified installers. I wasted a couple hundred bucks by calling in a Mitsubishi Diamond Service Dealer. They determined the compressor was shorted to ground. I called AC Wholesalers, explained the entire thing, and got no help. I wrote a review on this site a month ago with a lot of detail. The answered back on this site (since they had the order number they could have contacted me directly, they did not). Long story short, they told me to contact customer service. I did. Half hour wait. After explaining everything again, I was told the Shipping Manager would call me back to see what could be worked out. Five weeks later, I am still waiting for the call. Simply put, once they get you money, they do not care"

"If they kept their promises there would be no problem ,, BUT they lie, they sent an e-mail saying it had left the warehouse when it didnt, they gave me a tracking # for UPS, called UPS and they told me straight out they did NOT pick up the package ,, so i called back the Co and was told it was shipped over and over by Brian until i told him im not stupid dont lie to me,he then put me on hold for a couple minutes and came back just to say YOU ARE RIGHT it didnt ship,,,BUT we will ship it tonite and they finally did,,,, then a few days later the credit card i used got hit but my bank caught on and cancelled the card and i had a new one sent out, so if you do business with them WATCH-OUT!"
"Except for a shipping problem with ups, and crushed boxes. I would look at packing things better to protect items."

The email notifications have been non-existant. I had to contact them (repeatedly) to find out what was going on... and each time I was told it would be shipped out the following day. It didn't happen.
The excuses were implausable and the delays unacceptable. Stop making excuses and/or empty promises and FIX THE PROBLEM.
Update: It finally arrived.
Given a choice between good service and good excuses, I suspect most customers would prefer good service. This isn't it."
