"I ordered about ten used Blu-Ray discs from one of their promotional sales. Shipping was reasonably quick, and I received them with a week. Al the discs, but one, were in excellent condition and played perfectly.
One disc had obviously been dunked in water, as the paper insert was faded and had mold growing on the inside. I called GoHastings, and they quickly credited me back for the cost of that disc and shipping.
I was very impressed by the level of customer service I received from GoHastings. Their everyday prices aren't anything amazing, but their sales can be. I will definitely be back for more.

I've since place quite a few more orders with GoHastings. On several occasions, I've received the wrong product. Their customer service has not been as good as my initial experience, and it has taken them quite a while to process my refunds. I have also fallen victim to their practice of listing items as "in stock" online, only to cancel parts of your order days later. As their shipping costs have increased greatly, and the discount level of their "sales" has decreased, I have been ordering less and less with them lately."
"This is such a scam. The website would offer a special promotion to catch your attention, but would not honor the order being placed and would try to trick you to cancel the order. I would be smart not to ever do business with such a shady company. "
"When you order from this company through Amazon the savings look great. But this company claims to not combine purchases... six lightweight games ($8.76 ea.); two in a big box (hey, that's combined isn't it?)charging $5.50 in s&h per game making each parcel $11.00; yet the postage was actually a little over $4.00!!! I had done a favor in ordering for a teacher at a Texas middle school who was forming a chess club. I thought this outfit might want to make recompense for this sham and stopped by their store in Victoria... they could care less that they made huge profit from children. Check their shipping practices, you'll see there is NO deals at goHastings. goSomeplace else!!!
