"113.95$ pair of sunglasses arrived crooked and with lots of small scratches on them. Cleansing needle was also missing inside the sunglasses case. They don't admit the product was sent this way, they don’t take responsibility, they don't apologize. In conversation with them, they insist that the opposite is true, which leaves you no choice but to insist getting your money back.
After all this trouble, the shipping costs you spent to return the defective product, and the time spent on this issue, they shamefully charge you for the amount of 15% of your total purchase (And ignore the fact you paid shipping costs to return the defective product back to them). Disgrace.
As soon as I saw that PayPal do not cooperate with them, I knew something is strange about it. Not wisely, I made the purchase anyway, and I very much regret it. PayPal would not let such an unfair thing happen and I would have gotten all my money back without a doubt.
The appearance of the site looks reliable and professional enough but do not let it fool you! This company is unreliable and will take your money unjustly. Beware and stay away!"

Why should I pay to ship for 3-5 days if it takes 3 weeks to get the glasses, then when I canceled the order I get a restocking fee, for something that they NEVER had to touch!!!!! They will NOT EVER get my business again!!!!!!!!!"
"Why isn't there a 0 star rating? Can't say anything about the actual frames that I ordered but I expect they will be just fine when they get here. The problem is that I paid for faster shipping to get it in time for our son's game and they never came. Now Gooptics is blaming USPS for slower than expected delivery. So far I spoke to a "supervisor" Dell and eventually he just asked "What do you want me to do?". I explained many times that it's the principal behind it. If you charge extra for something and you don't deliver isn't that just taking people's money? No refund for the shipping was offered, nor granted when I expressed that I would like to get my money back for shipping. It's not about the few extra bucks, it's the principal behind it. I ordered a pair of Kaenon sunglasses on May 29th. Per the website, orders are processed in 1-5 days if not back ordered or "special order" items. This brand is not listed on the special order list, so I assumed that with expedited shipping, they would make it within a week or so. I reached out after 7 days, where customer service apologized for the delay but said it should ship on the 11th. Today is the 12th of June and customer service is now saying it would ship next week. That is 3 weeks from order to the end of processing. When asked if I could cancel the order, they claimed that a cancellation fee of 10% would be applied. Reminder that Go-Optic is not holding up their end to the transaction agreement. Order at your own risk because you will be left without glasses and screwed out of 10% of your order. COMPLETE FRAUD OF A COMPANY!!!

"This Company is very misleading I order Just frames no lens with 3 day USPS delivery which I paid extra for. I ordered them on Apr 18 2020 on a Saturday, I expected a delivery on or about on thursday the following week. they send me a confirmation on monday, but they informed me they weren't sending them out until Apr 30. I sent several emails and questioned them about it but they failed to response, it wasn't until I canceled the order, they sent me an email stating they were going to charge me a 10% fee for canceling. I spoke with a young person on the phone about it he was very nice and tried to be helpful to get full reimbursement, but his manger refused. the young person agreed with me especially with the expedited shipping. I ended up contacting my bank to reverse the charge. BUYER BEWARE"
"Don't delivery as they promise. Take them forever to ship, and when you inquire about their delay, they alway have some kind of excuse. First I was told they didn't have the glasses in stock and they had to order them, then after they received them, they blame me on the delay, because I didn't choose the tint, when I did. After confirming the tint that I chose, I had to repeatedly confirm the tint to different people. Then they wouldn't cancel the order, because it's processing.
I ended up ordering my glasses from my local optometrist, and ended up receiving those glasses before go-optic could ship."

My husband paid for 1-3 days delivery on 01/15/20. order was shipped on 01/28/20. we tried to cancel,but extremely rude person who didn't even introduce himself told me that "system is down" in voice tone trying to get reaction from me.

"Ordered on 6/21/19 and contacted by email (because they wont answer the phone) on 7/2 asking where my glasses were. Told they’d ship around 7/5. Called on 7/8 busy signal all day long so I emailed again but NO reply this time. Called 7/9 rang, then immediately put on hold and then hung up on. Called back, rang for 5 FIVE minutes then answered by a young girl who knew very little and cared even less about my problem. Told that my frames were out of stock but that they’d be in today. BS getting deep at this point. Asked to speak to a manager but they would not put me in contact with one. Supposably they are going to call me back. Lost all faith in this company and recommend that you don’t use them. Zero stars and I still can’t see. Thanks for nothing. "

"Completely disappointing. I thought I had finally found a pair of frames in the color that I used to wear that had been discontinued, and was very excited that they were being sold on this site. I received an email the day after placing my order, telling me that they DO NOT HAVE the frames that I ordered. They no longer have them in stock, they're discontinued. And I'm not the only customer who has had this problem. I probably should have known better, but NO company should sell something that they do not have."

I had tried calling their toll-free number, but got a recording that basically said, "Leave your number and we'll get back to you." Pretty bad service in the 21st Century."
