"I've placed three orders with Go-Optic, all of which took weeks to process. The first took a while to process, then was cancelled because my prescription had expired after I placed the order, but before they finished processing it. The second order, the product was back-ordered. But I never got a concrete idea of when they would receive more inventory. The estimated fulfillment date changed 5 times over a month period. I assume the product was discontinued, but multiple attempts to get clarification from customer service provided only vague responses. The final order took a while but was eventually processed. Again, I kept coming back because of the variety of options at Go-Optic are better than most. But service has made me wary of making future orders. "
"Improperly charged my card 3 times. Finally got my money back 2.5 months later after a bank claim and restocking fee. TOTAL SCAM! Staff is braindead and confrontational. "
"Site was recommended by optometrists and the process was very smooth.
Thank you Go optic because now I can replace my preferred eyeglasses!"
"Having a color photo would have given more assurance with respect to quality and aesthetics. "
"Ordered glasses on Go-Optic. Glasses arrived in couple of days. Great service"
"Great place to save but you must know all the info about your prescription as with any place you go - on the Internet or local eye glass shop. I save $100-$200 on each year I bought from them in the last 4 years. The only time there was a problem was when I did not supply all the info and they did not ask. They did correct the problem for free which is why I still use them every year."
"I am very disappointed with go-optic's customer service. Recently, I was sent a pair of glasses with a missing manufacture temple plate, making them look warn and cheap.
While it was troublesome to receive a pair of defective lenses, even more upsetting was the very poor customer service provided by your company. I called three days ago to see what my options were, I was told all the managers were busy, but someone would call back later that day. No response. Two days go by, and I get an email response. I call back as suggested, and I am disconnected while waiting for the manager again.
Once I called back, the manager was completely unhelpful, offering no accommodation or reimbursement other than sending them back and waiting three weeks for another pair.

"I did not have a good experience with Go-Optic.com. I purchased the Marc by Marc Jacobs 0Y9C Havana Blue sunglasses for $97.95, and after a few uses, the frame broke on one side. I returned under warranty and they refused to refund or send a new pair. To top it off, they returned the sunglasses broken on the exact same spot on the opposite side. They refused to accept responsibility for the damage that occurred in their possession or in them shipping it back to me. I will avoid purchasing from Go-Optic.com, in the future. They certainly did not handle my issue in a customer friendly manner. "
"As an optician, I gladly refer my clients to Go-Optic.com simply because of it's plethora of different brands and styles available in glasses, and also the accuracy it gives towards contact lenses, something extremely important to get right. All of my clients are extremely happy with Go-Optic and for good reason, I use the service myself and will continue to do so! The choice is seriously mind-boggling! 5/5"
"After losing a credit card dispute process in September, go-optic.com has begun to make unauthorized charges on my credit card and they imply they will continue to do so until I give up fighting.
I'd be happy to expand on the original dispute but ultimately the details are now irrelevant because they lost and the credit card company reversed the charges. Go-optic's response to my refund was to simply make a new charge on my credit card without my knowledge or consent. I called them and a supervisor, Jeremiah, told me that in their view, filing a credit card dispute constitutes "theft" despite the fact that I sent the product back and delivery was refused. They feel entitled to continue to rack up charges on my card that I do not authorize.
The company is forcing me to adjudicate the same matter repeatedly in the hope that I will eventually give up (the matter is only regarding about $65, which makes their behavior even more perplexing).
Go elsewhere.

"If you have a strong prescription, avoid ordering from them. you might encounter quality and or manufacturing issues (like base curvature or change in depth perception). They won't refund you under any circumstances and you will end up spending time and shipping money.
High prescription, go to a store."
"Simply put: I've ordered two eyeglass from Go optic. Both had incorrect lens prescriptions as verified by my eye doctor. One was credited back without issue. The other has been in dispute for months: first the company wanted extra $ to provide my correct lens prescription, then then told my CC that I failed to return with the timeframe, that the prescription was correct and attempt to provide documentation of the charge larger than it actually was...to get more money from me. Absolutely ridiculous and bordering on criminal. Save yourself the hassle and go with a different company."
"Buyers Beware- Their return and exhange policy is some rendition of a middle school homework assignement; left to be interpreted by the salesperson you speak with. My $164 glasses/lenses ended up costing me $210 because of their loosely written policy and their poor efforts to notifiy you of order information. I was not directly informed of the additional charge they would be making to my account- thankfully, I am a statement checker. However, upon discussion with the salesperson I was shut down and not heard; basically- tough sh*t. SHOP SOME PLACE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!"
"I ordered a pair of glasses with fancy lenses on April 24th. I double checked with them online to make sure everything was in stock before I ordered, and they said the glasses would ship out the latest by May 2nd.
The glasses didn't ship out until May 15th. When they finally did show up, they didn't have any kind of anti reflective coating on them at all. So I had to send them back, and wait another 2 weeks for them to put on a coating. I am still not convinced that the coating they put on is the correct one that should have been put on - the anti reflective quality doesn't seem as good as my other glasses.
They shipped out the now-coated glasses again on June 2nd - so more than a month after they originally claimed they would be shipped.
You should find any option other than this company if you are looking for glasses online. "
"They found the exact glasses I am looking for every where!!! Thank you! "
