"They intentionally damage returned products so they don't have to accept your return. When I tried to return a pair of brand new sunglasses (I tried them on once and nothing else), I was very thorough to check for fingerprints or scratches before shipping them (they say returns with fingerprints or scratches may not be accepted-fair enough).
However, when my return was processed, I was told there was a clear scratch right in the middle of the lens, so my return could not be accepted.
They shipped it back, and sure enough, there was a deep, unnaturally uniform scratch perfectly in the middle of the lens. This scratch was not there when I shipped the sunglasses to them. I am not stuck with a damaged product I do not want, and down an extra $10 for the shipping.
Assuming they do accept your return, you will not be refunded for any shipping and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Do not buy from this company"

"The frames are of low quality. Corrosion occurs in approximately 3 to 4 months. They do not replace the product. They say it's the oiliness or the acidity of your skin. I wear glasses at 23 years old and have never had this problem. Frames are expensive and of poor quality.
I sent the pictures to them, and in less than a minute the attendant blamed the oiliness of my skin, the humidity of the environment, and the acidity of my skin. This is a scam"
