"Worst ever experience with this scam seller. Please do not use the horrible online store. I placed an order in mid December and a couple of days later I received an email saying that the one I order is out of stock. It will need to be ordered. They said it will be delivered in about two weeks. I waited for two and half weeks and they said they haven't received the order yet. So I told them I wanted to cancel my order and they said 10% of restocking fee will be charged. This is ridiculous. First, this was not my fault. I ordered the product listed on their site ("in stock"), and after I ordered, they said it is out of stock. Second, they haven't received the order yet and charged me a restocking fee? This is horrible store that everyone should avoid. "

"I should have read the review before ordering from GoOptics. First of all my credit card was charged three times with minutes of placing my order. Was eventually reversed but left me uneasy about doing business with them. I spent 187.50 for a pair of glasses that I cannot use. Even though it was not my fault that my order did not meet my Rx GoOptics wanted to charge me a 50% store credit on the lenses PLUS I had to use their return label for 6.95 each way. Decided to just donate the glasses to the Lions International and not to keep playing their scam. "
"I was lured into placing an order based on good pricing, and a the generous choices for lenses. But...
Go-Optic doesn't stock inventory, as it's online retail store indicates. After spending way too much time fretting over a purchase, I placed an order with Go-Optic.com, which immediately took payment. that was apparently discontinued by the manufacture. Fours hours later, I rec'd a poorly formatted email (too much extraneous info, hard to understand) informing me that my order was "removed". Also that the refund would take 3 business days.
If you insist on doing business with Go-Optic, make sure that the manufacturer has it in stock. Go-Optic's in-stock indicator means absolutely nothing. You might just end up making an unintentional loan to Go-Optic.

"On 1/9/17, I ordered expensive designer frames I had been searching in stores and online from Go-Optics. My regular dealers did not sell them and/or either sold out. As a cautionary, I always check the reviews before buying from an unfamiliar source, but for some reason- maybe it was the low price, I took the chance. After reading all the poor reviews, I was scared out of my mind and knew I was about to be a dissatisfied customer too. I even requested my money back.
By 1/12/17 I received my sunglasses. They were everything I pictured them to be and more. Thank you Go-Optics for your competitive price, great communication and ultra fast delivery. You have a customer for life. I think more satisfied customers should let other shoppers know that Go-Optics get orders right too."
"Go-Optic has a great selection and their prices are very competitive. I liked their price match feature. It saved me $169 on my frames. They also have a very wide selection of lenses.
Based on my previous purchase from them, it will take a while (about 2 weeks) for me to get my glasses with their free, standard shipping, but I'm okay with that."

"I ordered expensive glasses and three weeks after receiving them I realized that the ear piece arms were two different sizes (140mm and 145mm). They have a 30 day guarantee return/replacement. I called to inform about the error and that I was leaving for 3 weeks of vacation in a couple of days. They said it was OK for me to keep the glasses until I return and they would replace the frames and honor the 30 day guarantee.. I called today (10/27/2016) and was told they would replace the frames but that I would have to pay to return the glasses ($6.95) via the post office. If I had returned them within the 30 day period, the shipping would be free. This review is NOT about the money but the principle for them to honor their commitment in writing via email prior to leaving for my vacation. These are NOT good business people."
"I wonder if this website is just a type of phishing scam to get my credit card information. As always placing an order at a site you've never used takes time to get everything set up. Go-Optic wasted my time with this process since their website said they had the frames I wanted in-stock so I went through the set up and purchase process but 2 days later they cancelled the order because they said the frames are discontinued. This kind of thing is the most basic of inventory control and presentation of inventory on a website--why are they trying to sell items that are discontinued that they don't have in stock? When I tried to use the contact info in the cancellation email I received it didn't work. When I tried to find an email address to which I could send the feedback about my displeasure the "contact us" info does not load (appears intentional when I looked at the html code) and the "live chat" dumped me out twice. Buyer beware."
"I chose Go-Optic only because they had the frames I wanted cheaper than anywhere else I could find. So the bar was set pretty low. I'm happy to report they came through great, getting my order to me in less than 2 weeks after I put the order in. My Rx isn't complex so maybe that's why my order didn't have any issues. "
