"I've been traveling with Go Ahead since 2002 and this is the only company I travel with. I love the tours! I have met a lot of great people and had a lot of great tour directors. The tour directors are knowledgeable and fun, and I like that you can do as much or as little with the tour as you desire. I'm lazy, so I love being picked up at the airport and having someone schlep my luggage for my, and then drop me off at the airport when the tour is done. I have learned A LOT about the places I've been and had more fun than I ever imagined. Sometimes I travel with friends but I also enjoy traveling alone. When you're with a group, you're never really alone! "

"The sights were great, Greek people among the most genuine and outgoing I have met anywhere. We had a lodging mix-up between the tour guide and Go Ahead that dampened my opinion of Go Ahead.
The tour guide was adequate but not of the level I have come to expect from Go Ahead.
Our included dinners were at the hotel we stayed at and again were not of the quality I have come to expect of Go Ahead. Generally, on our other Go Ahead tours, we have had dinners out in the towns where we could experience the people, the culture, and the sights."

"Fabulous trip! This was my 8th trip with Go Ahead and I would rate it as one of the best! Our Tour Director was outstanding! She was so knowledgeable and helpful, even getting us tickets and showing us how to use the subway. The local tour guides were also excellent. All 3 cities and countryside were interesting but my favorite cities were Budapest and Prague! The hotel in Prague was just perfect- great location, brand new and cool! We had 6 straight days of rain but that didn't dampen our spirits!"

"Overall the tour was the best one we've taken with Go Ahead. We certainly do recommend Go Ahead to our friends when they ask for recommendations. Our tour guide was absolutely fabulous. In fact, all of the guides we had with Go Ahead have been excellent; some more than others, but still no complaints about Go Ahead staff. Their tours allow you enough time for you to explore attractions on your own. Hotels are good; only criticism this time was the lack of room WiFi in one hotel. That was also true on our previous tour. One final complaint was that the local guide informed US staff that a Madrid tour wasn't possible due to holidays, forcing us to seek other arrangements for a museum attraction. When we arrived in Madrid, the local tour did take place, forcing us to cancel our plans. Obviously somewhere in the communication chain, it broke."

"I took my 81 year old mother and 23 year old daughter on an amazing trip to London, Paris and Amsterdam through Go Ahead Tours. All of the Go Ahead staff were wonderful, scheduling our oversea flights together as we came from different states. Our tour guide Allie, was wonderful and helpful whenever we had a question. "The tour to Naples, Sorrento and Rome was lead by an excellant and very friendly tour guide who made the tour more fun and enjoyable. The hotels were not up to the usual standards I've experienced in the past with GoAhead Tours as the rooms were very small , but were clean and for the most part centrally located. It would have been nice to have an optional tour the last day to the Vatican; but if one wanted to tour the Vatican, they had to stay and pay for two extra days. We opted to go with a private tour and guide to see the Vatican the last day. The optional Dinner with the Three Tenors was alright, but our table was upstairs on the balcony and a chandelier blocked the entire view of the stage. A large TV on the wall was so dark that all one could see was the white in the shirts of the tenors. Not sure I would recommend seeing that show. We had a nice group of travelers on the tour, the various bus drivers were often a lot of fun. I would recommend the tour and hope GoAhead changes the hotels they used for this tour."

"It was a amazing trip! Our director Antonio made the trip with his attentiveness and great since of humor! It was very surreal to walk the streets of Pompeii! The Almafi coast's beauty was breathe taking! Everywhere you turned it was amazing views. Food was great coffee even better! "

"How different Iceland is to North America. Great guide. Excellent scenery. Great trips to the golden circle and to the volcano. Forget the whale watching and spend the morning going to some of the museums instead. Hotel was in great location with helpful staff. Iceland is very expensive. Make sure to take good rain wear and spring type clothes will make it more enjoyable. Great trip! not disappointed"
