Communication from Goedekers was minimal, and appliances did not arrive until the 2nd week of January. Got a little worried. 3 stars on this.
They are now installed and look fabulous.
From other reviews I read, delivery can take between 4 to 12+ weeks, so if you have a deadline for when you need your purchase take this into consideration.

"Customer service and ordering was great. It took 2 weeks for the appliance to be in stock but I was in no hurry. Unfortunately, they contract with an outside delivery company that only delivers to my neighborhood Tuesdays and Fridays during working hours. I kept telling the delivery company that no one would be home before 5PM, they kept saying OK the day before only to have the delivery guys call me the day of at 3PM saying they would be a my house in 30 minutes. Three attempts and it finally got delivered, but still a PIA."

They didn't deliver to my area which I wasn't surprised about I am in north central Kansas, but they called to set up how it would get delivered by a third party and that it might take a little bit longer. It arrived in great shape. I will keep them in mind when I am shopping in the future. Very pleased!"

"Went to Ashley furniture to look for a chair, found what I wanted tried to negotiate a deal they made a joke of an attempt to give me a "good" price. I walked away with sales person following me out the door. Got on my phone found the exact same chair for $300 less. Walked back in asked if they matched prices the store manager said yes I showed him the sale price and he tried to divert saying the warranty wasn't the same. It was the same and cheaper fumbled around on the computer like he was looking for something finally admitted he couldn't match the price. Got on the phone and placed my order. Only reason not 5 stars was due to the delay in shipping, was told 10-14 days before they would receive from warehouse. Received chair 22 days after ordering. It was worth the wait. Ordered the Gilmanton power recliner. "
"The price was great, product quality (Bosch Dishwasher - after about 1 month) seems to be top notch. During the couple times I called to clarify the order or make inquiries about timing the staff was very helpful and genuine. The delivery took a bit longer than I expected as the item had to be shipped to them from the manufacturer then to me. Not to worry . . . a little hand washing worked fine !"
"When I was looking for a refrigerator and microwave/wall oven combo, I was as concerned about the price as I was the delivery time period. I was ready to order from Lowe's when I found Goedeker's. Not only were they able to get it to me faster than Lowe's, they saved me money as well! I paid for the white glove delivery which was well worth $99 but the refrigerator arrived damaged. It seems that it was damaged before it was shipped though. I contacted Goedeker's, they contacted Whirlpool and 2 weeks later I had a new refrigerator. The customer service is awesome!"
"It took several weeks to get but it was for appliances that were not available where I live. Did the white glove delivery service and it was wonderful. The only thing I would work on is the difference in the ship dates on the website, other than that it was a great experience. I saved money and it was tax free. "
