If someone's stove broke and had to wait weeks without being contacted it could have been a real problem for that customer. Looked around found the one I wanted started price shopping. as my old one stills works was not in a big hurry so went with Goedekers for best price. Called them placed order, paid them with Credit Card. 2 Days later get a email from them saying it was going to be a additional $199 for what was free shipping when the order was placed. After calling them they say we have to pay a 3rd party shipper to deliver to you. How the crap does this company stay in business. Now the best price I can find is about $84.00 more than what I would have paid on the 2nd when these low life took my order and then wait 2 days to try and squeeze me for $199.00 more. 1 Star is too many!!! Website didn't process orders correctly, double ordered. Customer service was snooty and threw our attitude when I tried to resolve.
Ordered a sink from them, took forever to arrive. Received tracking information AFTER I had received the item.
Finally received sink, turned out it was used. Demanded photos to prove it, took weeks to get them agree to replace, but only AFTER I shipped original back. Couldn't do due to damaged packaging, at which point their customer service refused to help any further.
Avoid at all costs."
"Saw a kitchen set in a local furniture store where they were rude and not helpful. Took a photo of the set and tag and googled the information. Ended with placing the order a few hours later with your company. The woman I spoke with was very helpful and pleasant. We purchased the set cheaper, free delivery and no tax. It came with one chair leg and seat chipped. We received the replacement yesterday and all is good. Would definitely do business with you again. My wife and I are determined to never do business with someone who is not nice enough to deserve it. "

They told me I could return it for a full refund but they would need to charge me $300 shipping. Or wait another month for another month to send a replacement.
