"Usually I do not leave any bad reviews but in this case I'd like just to aware. I ordered a dishwasher almost a moth ago. I've been calling during this period very often to get clarity. First two weeks no one gave me any clarity regarding my order. No one can say what's going on, just answer that shipping takes from 3 to 10 business days. But even after two weeks I got an answer that the order is not yet shopped to me because it's been backordered from manufacturer. Why it's not been communicated in the beginning? I would spend more to get another deal during Black Friday days. I asked each time when I called to send me an update about at least estimated time for shipment and delivery so I can plan my time and holidays. Now when the order has been shipped I called delivery company, and estimated delivery id to sooner than first week of Jan.
May be I expect too much, but it's the worst experience so far.
I'm sorry but the customer service of Goedeker's is really nothing to deal with "customer service". No clarity and no commitments at all (

"When I was shopping for a stove, I ran across this GOEDEKER’S. I thought based on the reviews and pricing it would be a good place to purchase from them. I ended up purchasing an LG stove from them. When the stove arrived it arrived by a non professional delivery guys and truck. I didn't think to much into it because it was nicely packaged.
I ended up opening the packaging on the weekend when I had time to install it. I was surprised when I opened it. The product was damaged. The side had a big dent and the lower oven door has out of the henge. It looked like someone tried lifting it from the front damaging the front and causing the henge to pop out.
I immediately called GOEDEKER’S and let them know. I sent them pictures and sent hours on the phone with them and numerous email communications. They kept acting like they wanted to fix the issue, Tiffany sounded like she wanted to get this right. However, each time there was an excuse as to why someone didn't come to fix the issue. They wanted to contact LG directly and get it covered under warranty wish didn't make sense at all since this damaged most likely happened at their warehouse or by their deliver company.
Weeks went by with them constantly lying about a service tech company. Three months later and the issue is still not resolved.
I will never do business with them again and I recommend you stay away as well. They sell you damaged goods and lie to you about it."

"If you are like me, you're visiting the review site too late in your shopping experience. I work for a large Christian Ministry in customer/donor relations and I will use this company in my presentations for years to come on "how not to treat people". If you have a question on your order, you're not even granted the courtesy of a professional response. What you receive is a cut, pasted, and highlighted (really?....you might as well hold up a sign and call me a stupid moron) from their website. No greeting, no "I apologize for any issues you're experiencing", no "we value you as a customer and wish to help"....just a cut and paste.
I learned a valuable lesson during this season of giving. My lesson was I should have stayed with a reputable company and spent $25 more on my selected item. The lesson? You get what you pay for!
Buyer beware and please save yourself the grief and spend the few extra dollars! It'll come back to you tenfold. How? You'll actually recieve the product in a timely manner, but most importantly, you won't be made to feel like a stupid idiot when you question why your hard earned money was taken and cashed immediately....but alas, be patient....it may take up to 3 months for us to honor the arrangement!"
"I would not recommend to any one purchasing any products from this store. They are dishonest and customer service is beyond horrible. After placing my order, processing it, scheduling a delivery and charging the card, they sent me an email that they can’t sell me washer and dryer for that price because it was an error and they are changing the price. What they have written on their website how religious they are and do everything possible to satisfy everyone does not reflect what they actually do or act. Once again, HIGHLY would NOT recommend to anyone. Beware of the price because most likely they will change it and not sell you for the initial price."
"I ordered a double oven on November 8 and my credit card was charged at that time. I was told two weeks maximum from order to delivery. Well, here it is December 13 and still no oven. And now that we have lots of snow, the truck will not be able to deliver to our home. If I had been told the truth about the long delivery time, I would have made other arrangements. "The prices are good (only reason to even give 1 star) but not worth it for the extremely poor customer support. Would definitely not recommend! We had an issue with an order placed and instead of trying to resolve the issue promptly and with common courtesy, we spent 5 days arguing and being called liars (they did not use that exact term, of course, but they may as well have). I could go on, but I think simply reiterating I would never buy from this site if I knew what I know now. "
