"I ordered a dining table 5 weeks ago (order 1403383) and have yet to receive it or to hear from Goedeker’s. Apparently it was damaged by FedEx in transit — something I learned from FedEx, not the seller. I have called multiple times and am cut off each time after lengthy waits. I emailed customer service three times and received an automated message stating I would be contacted within 48 hours. Never happened. Twice I heard nothing, once I received a “we will look into it” reply from Sunny after 5 days and never heard from “Sunny” again. We have been without a table for a month! I am stunned to see this lack of follow-up and customer service.
Needless to say, I am very frustrated and disappointed. "
