"In any customer service business, problems arise. That is inevitable. It is how you respond to these challenges that define your service culture. I, unfortunately, received a product with a damaged part. I called and sent in photos to show what the problem was, and Goedeker worked with me to get a replacement part. The part was unavailable from the manufacturer, so they sent me a new one when it was back in stock. Excellent service, and I will definitely be returning."
"I purchased a microwave, range and dishwasher! All GE Cafe! High end and expensive! The range did not work and took 2 GE technicians to come out and fix. I was without a range for 45 days! Also the dishwasher was damaged all over. Inside tub dented as well as dents and dings around the door! They refuse to exchange it or give me my money back! Said it was not mentioned within 5 days! You cannot reach customer service on the phone..impossible! And on their emails they tell you up to 48 hrs. Before they get back to you! Whatever you do, do not buy from Goedeker’s! They are a bunch of scam artist!"
"I ordered a chair form them over two weeks ago online which they had in stock and reported would be at my door in one-two weeks. It is over two weeks now and it still says "in process." I have called multiple times (left mesages twice since no one answers ever) and emailed them twice without any response from them. Left in the dark. Horrible customer service. "

"I purchased two pcs of furniture, on 5/20/2020 they arrived with in 10 days and damaged. Contacted Customer Service immediately and they responded in 48 hrs. told me to take a set of pictures, I did and sent them. The girl handling the claim, was nice, but I believe she was overwhelmed with all that was happening. Around 30 emails, told me she was looking for replacement parts. Could not find after 10 emails. MORE emails were sent to her and hours waiting on the phone for someone to pick up. When they did, the response was, They were only a sales person, could not help.. Then she promised to send me a truck to pick up mdse and process my refund. I have not heard from her and no refund. Phone ***-***-**** disconnected, cannot email, will not take. This is the worst company that I had to deal with...They take your money and leave you hanging out. I live out of state so that makes this problem ever worse ... I have 4 huge boxes that I had to reseal and tape... I had to send more pics per her request, to let her know they were ready to be picked up.. STILL no response..... NO REFUND... NEVER AGAIN .... THIS POOR GIRL IS NOT THE ONLY PERSON THAT WORKS FOR THIS COMPANY. THE CEO DOUG....... GET YOUR COMPANY TOGETHER. READ ALL THE COMPLAINTS YOU HAVE FROM THE BBB...OUT OF 5 STARS THIS COMPANY GETS ''0'' FROM ME"
"These people should literally be locked up. They are taking money from people and never sending them their orders. They are also not responding to anyone attempts at contacting them for refunds. Read their BBB reviews. They should be shut down! I personally spent $525 on an outdoor tiki bar and what I received was 4 cheap stools. Not the item I ordered and not even close to worth what I paid. Multiple attempts to contact them through email, phone, facebook (basically all of their social media accounts) and no response. So I guess I'm just out $525? This is happening to a ton of people and I wish I would have looked into them before placing my order. Lesson learned. I hope this prevents someone from making the same costly mistake that I did.
