Lengthy wait and dubious customer service

"Waited well in excess of a month for my glasses. Still waiting for them as I write this in fact. Customer service dumped canned "we're sorry for the inconvenience" responses on me for several minutes. Finally got some useful information only to get a tracking code that said they'd been delivered to a city on the other end of the country, though it turned out they'd given me someone else's tracking code somehow despite having the order number and supposedly getting the tracking number associated with it. As of writing this, the current claim is that they've been stuck in customs for nearly a week now. Giving two stars and not one because at least I'm probably going to actually get the glasses at the end of all this."

I use these guys every year

"When I get my prescription from my doctor I immediately come here to order 3 or 4 pair of glasses for under 100 dollars. I work in a rough environment and the glasses hold up.

It might take a bit for shipment but calm down. You'll get your $6.00 glasses that last at least a year.
