"I received new glasses and within a few days I fell and broke the left lense. I contacted Goggles4U to see if they had a warranty. It turns out that under the 15 days new glasses warranty, Goggles4U choose to replace my broken glasses. This did not fit under their warranty exactly, but they are replacing my glasses. Using their CHAT feature I was allowed to select new frames and they are making a complete new set of glasses at no charge to me. Unheard of customer service. Thank you GOOGLES4U!!
