"Since my partner and I wanted to incorporate our logo in our business cards, I tackled the entire design myself. It was surprisingly simple to do, though it took me a while to master the finer points of manipulating the field placement. (That's my own lack of skill!) The end result was lovely! We are both pleased with our cards, and I have recommended GotPrint on Facebook to my entire writing "Tribe", which is over 1000 strong at this point! I know of at least 2 people who planned on ordering immediately from you. Keep those prices affordable for all of us struggling writers, and you'll have loyal customers for years to come!

"The cards look great and we definitely got our money's worth for this, the card designer was extremely user friendly. The shipping was terrible, taking nearly two full weeks for the cards to get here. Then when they arrived, they were all loose in a skinny box where they were all just shaking around. In my previous experience with multiple other companies, they usually double package to protect the cards from being damaged during the shipping process. Since they did not do this at GotPrint, the first 250 of my cards were ruined, edges were all scuffed up and torn and we had to throw away a quarter of the cards that I paid for."
"I reordered my business cards, and just previewed the template before my reorder. When I got my cards it was a cheaper stock from my initial order. I called customer service twice and both reps told me I didn’t reorder. In the end I ordered more cards in the correct stock but I know what I did initially, and they didn’t budge on customer service AT ALL. It’s the principle NOT $37 there is a such thing as glitches. "
