"1st order arrived with only about half of the labels useable. The rest were cut off-center. Had to submit my complaint and request for a refund through email whick took awhile for a response. They tried to blame our graphics file for the problem then offered to give me a $50 credit. I said no, threatened to dispute the charge, so they offered me a $100 credit. I reluctantly accepted. New labels showed up yesterday. Still have a bunch that are off-center. Ordered labels from Sticker Mule for about the same price and muuuuch higher quality."

Also note that our website states that we do not encourage borders since the cutting shift will make the cards look uneven. The new order was placed as a reorder of the same exact files used on the first order therefore the same issue occurred. Please create a new quality control ticket to have this further reviewed.
